The printed hard copy of Application form is available at Open Office of lawyers and vendors at Kacheri Chowk Ranchi. The Application needs to be submitted at DC office, Vidhi Sakha (Legal Dept), Block A, with an Affidavit of form along with documents like pass book of bank in which money will be refunded, I card, Adhar card, pan card (refer image for list of docs)
